Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Benld, IL crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Beyond droppings and noise, chewed wiring and insulation damage are real risks we flag during every inspection.
Our team is trained in structural exclusion work, not just trap placement — sealing gaps as small as a quarter-inch that mice can squeeze through.

Norway rats burrow at grade, so we focus on foundation perimeters, deck footings, and crawl space vents.

Dry sweeping droppings can release airborne particles; it's safer to let the crew handle cleanup with the right protective equipment.
A typical job is a single day of work plus a short follow-up window to verify the population is gone.
